Dear David,
I would appreciate it if you could pass on to your readers a request to forward to me in Russian or English any official court documents (submissions, decisions, etc.) related to the Yukos affair (tax and criminal cases). I leave out of this request documents coming out of Yukos's US bankruptcy petition, which are publicly available.
As you know, I have been commenting on these documents on JRL, but new documents have not become available for some time so I have got nothing to comment on these days...
