Russian readers may be interested to know that my book Crafting Democracy: How Novgorod Has Coped with Rapid Social Change, is now available in Russian. It has been published as Vzlyot demokratii by Logos publishers in Moscow, and is being distributed nation-wide to major research libraries by the “ISE-Center.”
It can also be downloaded, free of charge, from the center's web site at: http://www.ino-center.ru/publications/petro.html
