Now about the oligarchs who are still in Russia. Over 30 per cent of Russians are confident that the real power in the country belongs to large capital. Nineteen per cent of them think that organized crime rules the country and only about 15 per cent of respondents are convinced that Russia is governed by the president. These are the results of the poll conducted by the Agency of Regional Political Studies.

It has emerged that 12 per cent think that the power is in the hands of bureaucrats, while another 11 per cent are confident that everything is decided by local authorities, the State Duma or heads of the regions.
