The updated 2003 edition of RANSAC’s Accomplishments of Selected Threat Reduction and Nonproliferation Programs in Russia, by Agency paper is now available. The paper was prepared by Michael Roston, an Analyst, and David Smigielski, a Research Assistant.
This comprehensive reference document presents a break down of the activities and progress made by the individual threat reduction programs operated by the Departments of Defense, Energy, and State. It draws from and consolidates information in a wide range of official government documents and statements.
