George Bush Sees Chicken as Key to US-Russian Relations

SAINT PETERSBURG, June 2. At yesterday's meeting between the Russian and US presidents, George Bush stressed how important the issue of US exports of chicken to Russia is. According to a senior US diplomat, Bush said that the issue was important to US-Russian relations. Although significant progress has been made regarding veterinary questions, the diplomat stressed that 'there are still problems concerning quotas.'
