Subject: Kennan Institute event announcements [on Russian Constitution and Legal Development, Crisis]
The Kennan Institute is pleased to announce two upcoming events.
On Thursday, March 19, the Kennan Institute will host a day-long conference entitled: “The Russian Constitution at Fifteen: Assessments and Current Challenges to Russia's Legal Development.” This conference is cosponsored by The International Institute of Global Development, The Foundation for Constitutional Reforms (Russian Federation), and the Kennan Institute.

On Friday, March 20 the Kennan Institute is pleased to host a briefing by Alexander Lebedev, President, International Institute of Global Development; Chairman, National Reserve Corporation, National Reserve Bank. The talk will be held at the Woodrow Wilson Center from 8:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m., and is entitled: “Anti-crisis Public Initiatives in the Russian Federation.”
