Can a JRL reader point me to a one- or two-page summary of the current Russian healthcare system? A British physician (who collaborates on research in Moscow) would needs such an overview. He writes: "A translated Russian description would also be interesting. I am more interested about the nature of the system, rather that critiques of its efficacy."
