The Social Science Research Council will be holding a webinar on October 19th, from 1-2:15 pm on "The Impact of the Global Financial Crisis on Resources in Eurasia." Charlie Ryan (of UFG Asset Management) and Cliff Gaddy (of the Brookings Institution) will discuss the economic and political determinants and effects of the crisis on Russia.
