MOSCOW. Aug 9 (Interfax) - The majority of Russians believe the country has a strong voice in world affairs, according to public opinion poll by the Yuri Levada Analytical Center on July 13-16.

Sixty-seven percent of the 1,600 respondents said Russia has a major say in world affairs, while 26% said it has little influence.

About half of those polled (49%) think that relations between Russia and the majority of foreign countries are no better and no worse than in Yeltsin's time, 32% said relations had improved, just 10% said they had grown worse, and 9% had no opinion.

Thirty-two percent of those who think that relations have deteriorated blame this on other countries' governments, 18% said no one was to blame because it just happened, 16% blame the Russian government, and 34% said they didn't know.
