Russian president to make annual speech to parliament

Russian President Vladimir Putin will address the two chambers of parliament at a joint meeting in his annual policy speech Friday, the Kremlin's press department said Saturday.
Putin was expected to broach latest international developments after the end of the war on Iraq as well as economic and political issues including legislative and presidential elections due in Russia in December and March respectively.
