BE BRAVE AS YOU COME TO RUSSIAN MARKET-IF YOU HAVE GOOD LAWYERS: PUTIN

PARIS, February 11. /RIA Novosti/ - If they want to appear in the Russian market, Western entrepreneurs ought to peruse Russian laws and hire good legal advisers, said President Vladimir Putin as he was talking to big French businessmen in Paris on Tuesday.

When asked what to do to invest in the Russian economy, the President called them to be brave. Russia is eager to diversify its trade and other economic ties, he reassured. Russia will go on improving the fiscal legislation and enhance its stability. Rents will comply with international standards-"no more revolutions there," reassured Mr. Putin.

Russia-based companies have a huge stock of idle money. The sums are not to stay idle and so enhance company capitalisation but to work-the holders must use them, and pay respective taxes. Then, the money will work for the government, too-as fiscal revenues, added the President.
