I would like to offer a correction to the correction by Alexander Yanov posted on JRL 6145. His comment "A United States of Europe?" may well have been badly mistranslated, but not by The Moscow Times. Indeed the comment never appeared in The Moscow Times.
The author seems to have confused Moscow News, which I believe is the English-language partner of Moskovskie Novosti, with The Moscow Times, which is in no way related.
