U.S.-Sino "Grand Bargain" in Space
 

Recent events have made Sino-U.S. competition, and even conflict, in space seems increasingly likely. In an article co-authored with David Chen, CDI Director Theresa Hitchens presents the incoming U.S. administration with a bargaining strategy aimed at achieving improved security for U.S. space systems and forestalling an anti-satellite arms race with China.
