On January 28, 2003, the Arms Transfer Working Group sponsored a panel discussion on arms transfers to India and Pakistan. The featured speakers were Dr. George Perkovich and Husain Haqqani of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, and Dr. Jo Husbands of the U.S. National Academy of Sciences. The discussion was moderated by Rachel Stohl, Center for Defense Information.
