Order Processing: Orders will be processed and shipped in 1 to 3 weeks from receipt of payment for the order. If you have pre-ordered a video that is still in production, we will process your order when the video is available. UPS 1-Day shipping orders will be mailed within three business days. International Orders NOTE: International video format is different than the standard NTSC format used in the U.S. If you need a PAL copy of any ADM show, they are available for $79, plus S&H. Make a note of your need in the "Special Instructions / Comments" box at check out.

Buying Videos: For both domestic and international orders, we accept institutional purchase order numbers, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. For domestic orders only, we also accept payment by money order or check. Make your check or money order out to the Center for Defense Information.

You can use our web server to order by mail or by fax; when you arrive at checkout, simply select "order by mail" or "order by fax" and print out the already completed form that appears. We have a strict security policy to guarantee the privacy of all the information you enter online. But if you don't feel safe filling out your forms online, print a blank fax or mail order form or call us.

When you add an item to your shopping cart, you are not under any obligation to buy the video until we receive the form over the Internet, in the mail, or on our fax machine. You can add as many items you like to your shopping cart and remove them later; you can also print out your form and choose not to send it to us. Don't forget, when you're ready to buy the items in your shopping cart, you must go to "checkout."

If you choose to pay by check, please note that we cannot begin assembling your order until after we receive your check or money order and the funds have cleared. When you choose to order by check or money order, you will receive an email containing the total due and the mailing address to which to send your payment. America's Defense Monitor charges $20 for any checks returned by the bank.

RETURNS AND CREDIT

If you received a wrong or damaged video, or if you changed your mind about your order, please follow these instructions within 30 days of receiving your order:

1. Enclose the original invoice with the video.
2. On the back of the original invoice, indicate the reason you are returning the video (wrong or damaged video, or you changed your mind).
3. If you would like to receive a different video from the one you originally ordered, please indicate the show number and title.
