ur military forces are famous around the world for their ability to destroy targets. They do it with precision-guided missiles, or conventional weapons, or nuclear weapons. They're the best in the world; no question about that. Recently though they put more emphasis on their ability to construct things and questions have arisen as to whether construction is really the role for our military in the future.
