   The UN: Peacekeeping or Warmaking

ince the founding of the United Nations in 1945, the number of nations in the world has increased dramatically. Over 130 new nations have been added since that time. As a result, a great many problems have arisen in the world: ethnic problems, territorial boundary problems, just a lot of problems which the United Nations was set up to solve. Is the United Nations properly structured, adequately funded in order to accomplish the solution of these problems? ?
