After working for six years as an independent video producer, Mr. Sugg joined CDI's staff in 1987 to oversee technical production and marketing of America's Defense Monitor. More than 315 episodes later, Mr. Sugg directs all aspects of the series' development, production and distribution. He heads CDI's pilot television project, Superpower - a weekly series devoted to exploring international views of U.S. security and defense policies. Mr. Sugg is also working to develop a new, Washington-based Media Center, to provide non-governmental organizations with a wide range of new media training, capabilities and products.
