| Mr. Kuan joined CDI in September 2002 after graduating from Virginia Tech where he earned an MS in computer science. He also holds an MS in chemical engineering with a specialization in process optimization from the University of Maryland, College Park. Mr. Kuan is fluent in most major computer programming languages and is involved in the design and development of the Washington Profile website, Chinese Edition and the management of the database.
Kuan received his BS in chemical engineering from National Taiwan University in 1996.
