| In addition to working on the Eye on Iraq, Mark Burgess also manages the Terrorism Project at CDI. He holds a First Class Honors undergraduate degree in War Studies and Media and Communication Studies from the University of Wolverhampton, UK, and a Masters Degree (with merit) in War Studies from King's College, London. Formerly a United Kingdom Economic and Social Research Council Scholar, he also examined Gray Area Peace Operations Doctrine as a Marine Corps Heritage Foundation Gridley Memorial Fellow. In addition to Iraq and terrorism issues, Burgess also continues to work on peacekeeping matters.
